I called in sick to work because.. well I’m sick.  I woke up at 12:30pm, realized the pest guy was coming at 1:30pm, so I cleaned the whole condo. I was put on a leash
Trainer Lady put me on a leash today. It wrapped around my middle, and then she put a resistance band on the back. She held that part.  And then I had to crawl/sprint (basically trying to sprint with my hands on the ground) the length of the gym 4 times. My legs burn now. (I’m confused now. Bad ass? Or made a bitch? :P )
