My name is Shannon and I'm 22 years old.

I'D RATHER HAVE A SIX-PACK THAN A THIGH GAP.

I have awesome thunderous thighs made of magical muscle. Just because I'm a size 8 doesn't mean I'm fat, it means I've got two big, strong legs that could crush Chuck Norris's head like a grape. Yeah you heard me.

Measurements: 32-26-37 inches

Ultimate goal is 15% body fat (at whatever weight) with muscle definition :)

This is my process of getting into shape. And trying to stay positive while doing so.

I'm not a fitness trainer, but I've been an athlete most of my life. I can offer advice, ideas, and motivation. :)

I have my black belt in TaeKwonDo, still practice it and am in fact working towards my 2nd degree. The end goal is at least my 5th degree, I did track and field (100m, 400m, 800m, triple jump, long jump, high jump, shot put, hurdles, and steeple jump) and swimming in highschool. I'm recovering from a knee injury and reconstruction of my ACL.

I rock climb DAILY.

This isn't "thinspo" I'm not advocating unhealthy eating or exercise habits to be a size 00. This is FITSPO. Inspiration to get in shape, eat healthy, work out, and overall be the best you can be.

I'm a firm believer that body fat percentage counts for more value than weight and BMI combined.

Bones are not sexy. Muscle is.
